Commercial Assistant

We're looking for someone to join our Head office based Retail Operations Team as a Commercial Assistant.

As a Commercial Assistant you will assist the Retail Stock & Commercial Reporting Manager to analyse, report and provide options & recommendations across all retail commercial reporting.

With strong Excel skills this is a great opportunity to get involved in understanding our retail operation with an opportunity for you to develop further analytical skills and train on systems like Power Bi and SQL.

• Support in reporting of commercial analysis for driving performance & informed decision making
• Support in control of the retail cost budget
• identify and act upon ways to improve own productivity and performance
• Act as a point of contact for stores regarding RFID, FFS and Reporting queries
• Liaise with relevant departments to advise of new or changes to existing policies and procedure 
• Responsible for producing training timelines/processes and assist

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical thinker with an interest in data analysis and reporting
• Great attention to detail
• Able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills
