About the Role

As our Senior CRM Manager, you will be leading the CRM team to deliver a best-in-class programme, working on a customer and activity focussed roadmap, you'll provide the required strategic steps for improved CRM activities.

In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Executives, you'll deliver a best in class contact plan and take the lead in creating activity that drives customer KPIs, ensuring that our CRM platform is leveraged and report clearly against plans.

This is a great opportunity to really have the autonomy to shape our CRM initiatives and be a key player in our wider strategy; impacting a household brand on a daily basis.

Reporting directly into the Head of CRM, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving progress of CRM and Rewards activity to achieve  commercial KPIS and customer targets.​
  • Managing the execution of the customer contact plan.
  • Ensuring our CRM Contact Plan is aligned to the needs of specific customer segments
  • Driving the planning process across CRM Reach (Email, Mailer, DM, App, In store coupons) and supporting the Senior Marketing Executives to implement, assess and improve activity.
  • Owning the commercial and process elements of our CRM programme

About You

  • Extensive CRM experience including platform solutions and plan development, and an appropriate academic background.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to elevate from the day to day function enabling a team to strategically progress.
  • Line management experience, proven strategies to deploy leadership capabilities.
  • A team worker with a positive approach to agile demands, able to galvanise co workers and deliver development.
  • Proven ability in delivering messaging in an engaging, effective presentation leveraging digital aspects appropriately.
