About The Role

As the Photography Production Assistant you will oversee and manage the co-ordination of samples and support the Photography Production Manager with the planning and coordinating of photography and online image requirements.

  • Ensure the sample ordering and delivery is in line with the critical path deadlines. 
  • Participate in strategy meetings to understand range direction and customer requirements. 
  • Manage the sampling process from preparing weekly chasers, to reviewing, and reporting on development progress. 
  • Document and maintain a tracking system of samples.
  • Receive new samples into the eCommerce inventory and prepare samples for studio.
  • Act as the expert on all samples for allocated division.
  • Produce Shoot Packs for photo shoots when required.
  • Liaise with Buying & Merchandising teams on samples for eCommerce and wider marketing shoots.
  • Approval of eCommerce imagery in line with the Ecommerce photography style guides.
  • Liaise with the internal / external creative studio to help brief any post production work. (repro)
  • Liaise with the Ecommerce trading team to effective online processes.
  • Ensure photography assets are maximised and each online product has the required correct images attached to maximise product sales and enhance customer journey.
  • Work with our external production company to ensure that all photo shoot requirements are communicated and well executed.
  • Support with competitor reviews of online photography and the execution of style guides changes for Ecommerce photography.
  • Renaming online product imagery to correct product codes to ensure the correct image is pulling through to the website.

 

About You

  • Commercial experience
  • Administratively very strong, organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel.
  • Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, ability to prioritise and work well under pressure with good common sense.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to deliver solutions.
  • High degree of personal drive and the desire for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work as part of a large commercial team and deliver today while innovating the future
  • Experience of the administration & production process preferred but not essential.
  • Fashion and styling experience preferred and Knitwear, yarn or fabric knowledge would be ideal but not essential
