As part of our continuous investment into early careers, we are very excited to be looking for the next generation of talent  and are recruiting a new apprenticeship role within our Finance team.


Offering a great alternative to college or university, this opportunity is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in finance, without the need for a university degree.


Working in partnership with external training partners, the apprenticeship programme will deliver high quality learning and development to the successful candidate. The apprenticeship programme will see you working within Commercial Finance, supporting the team through the provision of relevant, timely and accurate information and consistently challenging the business on costs and process efficiency, thereby driving profitability throughout the business. As part of your studies, you will be working towards a recognised CIMA qualification.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and production of daily/weekly/monthly KPI & Sales Reports issued to the business including commentary as appropriate
  • Support with month end routines including commentary, analysis, accruals, prepayments & reconciliation
  • Build and maintain key relationships, acting as the point of contact for budget holders
  • Responsible for the production of performance reviews including analysis and commentary
  • Proactively challenging the business, identifying potential risks and opportunities to budget
  • Support with Ad hoc project work and analysis as required 
  • Embark on studying CIMA foundation level.

About You

  • 3 A-Level grades A-C or equivalent qualification (predicted grades considered) 
  • Minimum 5 GCSE grades A-C / 9 – 5 including a B / 6 in Maths and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at different levels
  • Able to work independently, and manage own workload
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Inquisitive and Analytical
  • Great organisational skills
  • Commercially focussed
