About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. A key focus of this role will be to support the Investment store programme and driving the continued success of a key business initiative, along with other crucial regionally – led campaigns.

Reporting directly into the Regional Marketing Manager, this is a key role that will directly impact the success of the stores on the programme and help drive the marketing agenda across the business.

  • Investment Store marketing plan execution and development
  • Manage all regional campaign elements via multiple channels, i.e. Email, Paid Social , Paid Media
  • Build a structure to work with the stores so all owned communications are tailored to and sell the benefits of each store whilst bringing a local touch
  • Launch day planning and execution
  • Work with all investment stores to gather personalised information that makes their store unique to their locality , and tap into the local knowledge of the store manager and team
  • Produce better, more regular store communications building the relationship  with stores
  • Ensure that Regional Marketing analysis findings are fed straight back into the programme
  • Ensure relevant marketing colleagues are briefed in a timely manner to ensure creative deadlines are met
  • Creative sign off ensuring all store details are correct (opening times, maps, addresses etc)
  • Ensure budgeting deadlines and admin are met on a monthly basis
  • Make campaign recommendations based on previous performance ensuring that the most relevant analysis is used to measure and evaluate value from the Investment Store programme


About You

  • Graduate, with one or two year’s industry experience, preferably in a regional marketing role
  • Degree (preferably 2:1 or above) in Marketing, Business or similar related field
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Excel – minimum intermediate level, preferably advanced level
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and able to prioritise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and progress in role
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Customer focussed and empathetic
