About the Role

Our digital learning transformation is well under way and gaining great traction across the business. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and creative digital learning expert to help us accelerate our offering to the next level. The role will be pivotal in embedding our digital strategy and taking the business on a journey that will support its growth, performance and development aspirations.

  • Develop new and innovative ways in which we can drive digital learning across the business to all employees.
  • Build genuine relationships with key stakeholders which support the delivery of the L&D strategy.
  • Support the wider L&D team with their up-skilling of creating digital learning resources
  • Complete a project plan at the start of any new L&D intervention which outlines the current situation, expected future outcomes and plan of action.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure the effective design of all training, ensuring it is in line with the business need.
  • Remain commercial at all times ensuring interventions are strategic and focused around the things that will make the biggest business impact.
  • Work collaboratively with your L&D colleagues, contributing to projects when requested, sharing resources and ideas and making recommendations on where digital fits best.
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve the current L&D digital interventions based on completed evaluation along with own intuition.
  • Manage the existing content and the upload of resources on to the learning management system (LMS).

About You

  • Strong design experience using e-learning authoring tools (evolve/adapt would be beneficial)
  • Experience in managing a Learning  Management System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
  • L&D/Training related qualifications such as CIPD/TAP would be desirable
