Our Positions

Shift Manager

With Managerial responsibility for a designated shift within the DC operation at one of our Lancashire, Merseyside or Northamptonshire sites, you'll manage the stock-flow through the supply chain. You'll have experience of all areas of management - from budgeting to Health & Safety to employee relations. You'll have experience of working in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution centre environment and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills as you'll have to lead a team of least 100 people.

Supervisor

Having responsibility for a specific area you'll assist the Shift Manager with all aspects of the day to day running of the DC. You'll have experience of managing staffing levels to agreed budgets, ensuring targets are met, ensuring compliance with all company policies and be responsible for a team of up to 40 people. You'll have experience of working in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution centre environment as well as be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and problem solving skills.

Team Trainer

As one of our Team Trainer's you'll assist and support the Supervisor with the daily running of a specified department. You'll take action to resolve any stock issues, minimising stock loss whilst ensuring the department achieves its productivity, accuracy, throughput and quality targets. You'll need to help induct new starters, acting as the initial contact for any issues your Team Members may have. You'll need strong warehouse experience gained in a fast-paced environment, be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, working to tight deadlines and possess attention to detail.

Clerk

You'll assist in the smooth running of a specific department by providing effective administrative support, making sure any information and stock issues are communicated between the Distribution Centre, Head Office and Stores. You'll run daily departmental health checks, investigating and escalating issues where required so you'll need to demonstrate the ability to work accurately and possess attention to detail. You'll also need to possess strong warehouse experience and be able to demonstrate problem solving skills.

Team Members

Dealing with all aspects of distribution to our stores, you'll see that stock is accurately received, stored, picked and despatched, helping your department hit the targets for productivity, quality and accuracy. You'll ideally have some previous warehouse experience and be comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment.
